We are seeking dedicated professionals to support a contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for NTED Program Support Services.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor work under the Statement of Work (SOW). This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and managing team performance to support high-quality training programs for first responders and emergency managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative.
- Supervise and lead teams in project management, business operations, and government operations.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including staffing levels and support continuity.
- Manage absences and replacements of key personnel, coordinating with government officials.
- Provide expert guidance on emergency management and response operations.
- Respond to technical issues or discussions within 24 hours.
- Oversee logistical, administrative, and consultative services for curriculum reviews, audits, and evaluations.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, business operations, government operations, with supervisory or team lead experience.
- Expert knowledge of emergency management and response operations.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Must be available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday with possible work on weekends and holidays.
Experience with DHS or FEMA programs.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management software tools and automated systems.
