Risk Management Framework (RMF) Manager
ASR International Corp. has an opportunity for a Risk Management Framework (RMF) Manager (Network Certification Analyst) position supporting the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Code 273B Submarine Networks RMF/NOSR (Networks On-Site Representative) efforts.
This position will provide support and evaluation for the SubLAN Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Support Fleet Submarines by reviewing all applicable documentation relevant to the Authority To Operate (ATO) process for accuracy and relevance, providing guidance and feedback as applicable based on current A&A policies.
- Monitor and track the progression of the A&A process for assigned units, ensuring they are aware of and able to meet prescribed deadlines.
- Advise and guide ISIC and shipboard IT Divisional sailors on A&A policies and references for ATO certification and maintenance.
- Maintain awareness of any change to applicable guidance or practice IAW with governing policies and ensure that information is formally provided to boats in clear and concise language.
- Provide a status and feedback of the A&A process for assigned units to Type Commanders as needed, ensuring there is awareness of identified or trending fleet deficiencies and difficulties, and include recommendations for improvement.
- Potential for up to 5% off-site/OCONUS travel work may be required as needed.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience/Requirements:
- Specialized Experience: 3 years of full-time hands-on experience in the operation and/or maintenance of Submarine Network Systems and/or major network administration systems on board US Naval Submarines; or an equivalent civilian work experience outside of the military.
- General Experience: 5 years full-time management experience applying knowledge of policies, procedures, and structures to develop, implement, and maintain a secure Information Systems computing environment on US Navy Ships/Submarine.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess and maintain “Secret” level security clearance throughout the contract.
- Physical requirements for efficient and safe navigation aboard US Navy ships without incident: Possess the physical stamina to walk continuously for extended periods of time without experiencing significant fatigue (traversing across inclined or uneven surfaces, through/into crowded/confined areas/spaces, up and down ladders/stairs, and in areas of varying environmental qualities); possess adequate upper and lower-body strength necessary to climb ladders, stairs, and ramps; and possess the physical strength, agility, endurance, and mental constitution required to work aloft as required (perform work over the side of a ship’s hull, on the mast, or in areas on the superstructure and at a height that requires the use of a safety harness).
