We are seeking dedicated professionals to support our contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for NTED Program Support Services.
Job Summary:
The Consultant will assist in evaluating client processes and contributing to project tasks, supporting the design and implementation of training support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating processes, procedures, techniques, or systems.
- Prepare analysis, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct day-to-day tasks like interviews, data collection, and synthesis.
- Contribute to project success, schedule adherence, and quality.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction.
- Proficiency in automated word processing, graphics, and desktop publishing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; with a Master's degree, 4 years of general experience required.
- Experience in management or performance consulting.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
