Operations Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Provide office services and day-to-day oversight of administrative operations, administrative systems, office procedures, document control, and coordination activities supporting program execution.
- Implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant support to Government and contractor stakeholders.
- Serve as the principal advisor and consultant to the organizational unit manager and other key managers on administrative and management directives, processes, and requirements.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting logistics, agendas, minutes, action item tracking, staffing packages, and program documentation.
- Prepare, review, route, staff, archive, and maintain program documents, correspondence, briefing materials, presentations, and administrative records.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, operating officials, Government stakeholders, support organizations, and contractor personnel.
- Monitor and manage administrative projects from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones, deadlines, records, and deliverables are properly tracked.
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, SharePoint content, and other administrative documentation to support program continuity and audit readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated experience managing administrative projects from initiation to completion.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the defense acquisitions process.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive experience communicating effectively with all levels of staff, operating officials, support organizations, Government stakeholders, and contractor personnel.
- Proficiency in document preparation, review, staffing processes, routing, records management, and archival services.
- Experience organizing documentation and other forms of digital content within SharePoint Online.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, maintain records, coordinate multiple priorities, and support fast-paced program operations.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.
- Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Government contracting experience preferred.
