ASR is seeking experienced Material Coordinators (MC) for an exciting opportunity to support the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) Facilitate Other Maintenance (FOM) program. The MC will be part of a team that manages and maintains the 309 AMXG’s FOM program for a variety of aircraft (including the: C-130, F-16, F- 22, A-10, & F-35) parts and material located at Hill AFB, UT. The MC will receive, issue, inventory, verify FOM parts and material in preparation for storage, and provide a positive control of parts and materials. Multiple MCs are required for multiple shifts with schedules including every other Friday off. Responsibilities: - Primary responsibility is to accept and process aircraft assets to FOM into and out of storage.
- Receive, issue, inventory, verify parts and material in preparation for storage, and provide a positive control of parts and material.
- Ensure all FOM assets provided for storage are accurately identified, labelled (tagged), processed for storage, entered in the current production management system, tracked, routinely inventoried, and reissued as authorized under procedures established by the 309 AMXG commander and/or the applicable squadron director.
- Track all FOM items received, released, routed, and inventoried using appropriate AMXG forms (261 and 262).
- Prior to accepting assets for storage, verify each asset has been inspected for serviceability and correctly prepped for storage by a certified mechanic or inspector.
- Catalog and inventory assets using AMXG forms 261 and 262 and place the asset in the predetermined storage location.
- Maintain positive control of all assets in storage including a minimum of twice weekly inventory using AMXG form 261, comparing available assets against the inventory.
- Rretrieve and reissue all assets for reinstallation, routing and repair, or to support other maintenance actions as required.
- Record of all FOM routing to include who requested FOM to be routed, routing location, and pickup and delivery time from FOM storage location.
Qualifications:- Air Force or other DoD aviation supply experience preferred.
- MC’s working with the F-22 & F-35 programs will require Secret clearance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
