We are seeking dedicated professionals to support our contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for NTED Program Support Services.
Job Summary:
The Emergency Management Subject Matter Expert 3 will deliver highly experienced guidance on strategic and operational issues in emergency management, supporting complex reviews and evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evaluation, consultation, guidance, or direction in specialized areas.
  • Consult on process, content, and deliverables.
  • Contribute content, best practices, and terminology translation.
  • Offer recommendations verbally and in writing.
  • Oversee projects and activities with substantial latitude, reviewing progress with management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; additional 4 years of experience may substitute for the degree.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in oversight of research and educational projects.
  • Proficiency in emergency response operations.
