Marine Corps Maintenance Management Specialist (GCSS-MC / TDM Catalyst)
ASR International is seeking a Maintenance Management Specialist to support the U.S. Marine Corps II Marine Expeditionary Force Support Battalion at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This onsite role supports equipment readiness, maintenance tracking, documentation, trend analysis, inspections, and coordination across maintenance organizations.
The specialist will work within the unit’s normal Monday-through-Friday business hours and will help leaders maintain accurate, timely visibility of maintenance status and priorities. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities- Track preventive-maintenance schedules and verify completion across assigned equipment platforms.
- Maintain equipment-readiness status, maintenance trackers, logs, work orders, and parts-status information.
- Analyze readiness data, recurring maintenance trends, and workflow efficiency, then provide practical recommendations.
- Monitor corrective-maintenance actions and coordinate repair timelines and equipment availability with maintenance leaders.
- Prepare readiness reports, maintenance summaries, and supporting documentation for command review.
- Support inspections, audits, compliance reviews, and higher-headquarters readiness evaluations.
- Maintain appointment letters, designation memorandums, training records, certifications, and licensing trackers.
- Research applicable Marine Corps maintenance policies, directives, orders, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Support daily maintenance-management operations and communicate priorities, deadlines, and tasking across supported sections.
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance sections and higher headquarters, as directed.
- Assist with implementation of updated maintenance systems, technologies, and procedures.
- Protect Government equipment, information, property, keys, and access credentials in accordance with contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET security clearance.
- At least Five (5) years of experience using both GCSS-MC and TDM Catalyst.
- Knowledge of Marine Corps maintenance and maintenance-management programs and operating procedures.
- Experience maintaining readiness data, maintenance records, work orders, preventive-maintenance schedules, and parts status.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work onsite at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 0800-1600.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Camp Lejeune installation access and comply with DBIDS or applicable credentialing requirements.
- Strong written communication, organization, data-analysis, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a Marine Corps command, maintenance-control activity, or readiness program.
- Experience supporting maintenance inspections, audits, compliance reviews, or higher-headquarters evaluations.
- Experience preparing command-level readiness reports and trend analyses.
- Former Marine Corps 0411 Maintenance Management Specialist experience or closely related military occupational experience.
